Appointments missed without prior notice will be considered a no-call, no-show. In such cases, 75% of the scheduled service price will be charged to the card on file. By booking an appointment, you authorize this charge and acknowledge our right to restrict future online booking or require prepayment for future services.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.
late arrival
To respect all scheduled appointments, clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled or have their service shortened, with the original service price still applying.
photography & content
By receiving services, clients grant consent for before-and-after images or video to be used for professional and promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the appointment.

CARD ON FILE
To provide a seamless and elevated booking experience, all appointments require a card on file at the time of booking. This card may be used to secure deposits, cover late cancellations, or no-call/no-show fees in accordance with our salon policies.
By booking, you authorize the salon to charge your card for any applicable fees and agree to maintain a valid payment method on file for all future appointments.
This ensures your appointment is reserved and allows us to maintain the exceptional service and schedule integrity our clients deserve.
CANCELLATION
We value both your time and ours. To ensure the highest level of service, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $25 charge.
This policy allows us to honor our artists’ time and maintain availability for our valued clients. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
