  • What's A Blow Dry Bar refund policy?
    At A Blow Dry Bar, we aim to provide excellent salon services and products to our clients. Currently we do not offer refunds on any products or services.
  • Rescheduling
    If you arrive excessively late and there isn’t enough time to perform your scheduled service, we may need to reschedule your appointment. A cancellation fee may apply in this situation.
  • Arrival Time:
    We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to check in, discuss your preferences with your stylist, and ensure a relaxed start to your service.
  • Late Arrival
    If you arrive late for your appointment, we will make every effort to provide your service within the remaining time. However, please understand that your service may be shortened to avoid delays for subsequent clients.
  • Punctuality Matters
    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a punctual schedule. Timely arrivals help ensure that all clients receive the attention and care they deserve.
  • No-Show and Cancellation Policy
    If you don’t show up for your appointment and fail to provide any prior notice, our salon’s no-show policy will apply. Please review our Cancellation Policy for more details.
  • Adjusted Services
    In cases of significant lateness, we may need to adjust your service to fit within the remaining time. Your stylist will prioritize essential aspects of your treatment to ensure you leave satisfied.
  • Multiple No-Shows
    Repeated instances of no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments at our salon.
  • No-Show Definition
    A “no-show” is when a client misses their scheduled appointment without prior notice or cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice.
  • Exceptional Circumstances
    We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. If you have an emergency and need to cancel please contact us at 725-205-4045.
  • Appointment Confirmation
    We may send appointment reminders via calls, text messages, or email. It is your responsibility to confirm your appointment or notify us of any necessary changes at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellation Policy
    A Blow dry requires a 24-hour notice for all cancellations.
  • No-Show Fee
    Clients who fail to show up for their appointments more than twice in a year without prior notice will be subject to prepay for their service.This payment helps us compensate for the time and resources reserved for your appointment.
